Why Aniatic?
We’re anime fans first — every design is chosen for emotional impact and printed with care so the frame you love looks the way it should. We combine curated art choices, UV printing on premium acrylic, and careful packaging so your poster arrives display-ready and feels premium on the wall.
Why acrylic?
Acrylic gives anime art the pop it deserves: bright, glossy colors, sharp detail and a sense of depth you won’t get from regular paper. Compared with metal/aluminium , acrylic is lighter, safer than glass, and easier to hang while still looking premium. Compared with matte paper or canvas, acrylic keeps colors more vibrant and resists moisture; canvas can feel textured and muted by design. And versus standard paper posters — acrylic lasts far longer, resists fading indoors, and wipes clean. In short: acrylic = cinematic look + everyday practicality
Do the posters have white borders?
No — all Aniatic posters are printed edge-to-edge with no white borders on the front. The artwork fills the acrylic completely. The backside is white by default to make colors pop, but it’s not visible once mounted.
Are your posters authentic and watermark-free?
Yes. Final prints ship without watermarks, packaged to arrive display-ready.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship to my city? Is shipping free?
We currently offer free shipping across India.
How long will my order take (processing + delivery)?
Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (during peak demand this can extend up to 5 business days).
Delivery : Typically 4–10 business days across India.
You’ll receive tracking details by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.
How will my poster be packaged? Will it arrive safe?
Each poster is wrapped in protective film, placed in rigid, shock-resistant packaging (tube/box) with cushioning and corner protection. Our packing is designed specifically to protect acrylic edges and surfaces during transit.
What if there’s a delay, or tracking says delivered but I don’t have it?
Occasional delays can happen in remote areas or during festivals/poor weather. If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, check with neighbors or your building staff first, then contact ANIATIC support with your order number so we can investigate. Tracking links are sent when your order ships.
PAYMENT & ORDERS RELATED
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all prepaid payments via Razorpay (UPI, net banking, major credit/debit cards including American Express & MasterCard) and popular wallets where available. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available
Do you offer discounts for prepaid orders?
Yes — we typically offer discounts on prepaid orders as a thank-you for upfront payment. Discount details (if any) appear at checkout or on the product page. COD orders are accepted but may not qualify for prepaid discounts and could carry a small handling fee.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — checkout is powered by Razorpay and secured with SSL encryption. Your payment details are processed by trusted payment providers and are not stored on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because each poster is made-to-order, cancellations or changes are limited. Contact us immediately after purchase; modifications or cancellations are accepted only within the short processing window before production begins. If production has started, we usually cannot cancel. (If you need help, send your order number and request to support.)
RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGED ITEMS
What is your returns and exchange policy?
ecause our posters are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind. This helps us keep costs low and produce high-quality, made-to-order pieces. If you received a damaged item, wrong size/design, or a print defect, we’ll make it right. See the next question for how to claim
My poster arrived damaged or defective — what do I do?
If the product is damaged, the wrong design/size, or has a print defect, email orders@aniatic.com within 3 days of delivery with: your order ID, clear photos of the damage (including packaging), and a short description. ANIATIC will respond within 24–48 hours and arrange a replacement or refund after verification. If a replacement is approved, return shipping is covered by ANIATIC
Are custom or limited-edition posters refundable?
Custom and limited-edition prints are final sale and not eligible for returns unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please confirm size, artwork, and location details carefully when ordering custom items.
How long until I get my refund?
Once a refund is approved, it’s processed within a few business days. The time for the money to reflect depends on your payment provider (typically 3–7 business days after processing). We’ll email you when the refund is initiated.
